How to Book The Power CoachTM in Five Easy Steps

 STEP 1:   Check Date Availability
Use the convenient Contact Us Form to share your meeting date.  We will confirm availability of your date within 24 hours.  I will place a tentative hold on your date selection so that we may complete the contracting process.  If you have date flexibility, please offer your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice for event dates.   
Step 2:   Complete Your Pre-Event Conference Call
Once we have confirmed your date, we will schedule a conference call to discuss your event in detail.  We will discuss your event objectives, expected outcomes, theme, and other requirements. If you know the event agenda, venue, etc., these items are very helpful for me to understand your event, and design an extraordinary experience! 
Step 3:   Sign the Contract
Once we have completed your Pre-Event Conference Call,  I will send you a short form, easy-to-read contract that will solidify all of the key aspects of our agreement. For example, we will outline the number and duration of talks, A/V requirements, book signing, promotional activities, event budget and honorarium, travel requirements, etc. You will have an opportunity to review and make any additions or changes. Once we have everything nailed down, you will sign and fax in your contract.
Step 4:  Complete the Event Deposit
Once you have signed your contract, we will send an e-invoice to facilitate your event deposit.  This important step will confirm your event date.  You may complete your deposit via MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express.  If you would prefer to submit a check, we will provide the process steps for you. 

Your event date status will move from tentative to confirmed!



Step 5:  Promote Your Event

Once your event deposit is received, we begin the exciting countdown to your event! It is time to promote, promote, promote! We will provide photos, flyers, and additional tools to help you promote your event to your constituency and on social media.  Final logistics such as A/V needs and other coordination will be completed. Get ready for an EXTRAORDINARY event!!!
